The art work gives a new identity to the “Cause & Effect” relationship by showing the literal & visual dependence and also the chronology between the Because & Therefore concept.

The artwork is an arrangement made from 4 wooden circles, placed in a manner that they represent the visual symbols for “Because” (visually show the 3 dots formed in the shape of letter ‘V’ ) and “Therefore” (visually show the 3 dots forming an inverted letter ‘V’ ). The display plays on multiple aspects of the “Cause & Effect” relationship viz:

1) Conceptually- Because there is ‘because’, therefore there is ‘therefore’

2) Visually-  

• The display shows how one shape is the inversion of the other (show the 3 dots forming the letter V) is the symbol for Because and (show the 3 dots forming an inverted letter V) is the symbol for Therefore
• The symbols initiate and emerge from each other respectively, creating a visual “Cause & Effect” relationship which also plays on the causation principle of the “Cause & Effect” relationship.

3) ..and there is also the romance of the word play – Because there is ‘because’, therefore there is ‘therefore’.
